Most of us chase success out there—deadlines, numbers, “someday.”
But health, happiness and fulfilment grow in here—inside the body, the mind, the heart.
The moment you decide to turn inward, your life begins to change.
Change isn’t something to fear; it’s nature’s rhythm. You don’t have to wait for life to push you—you can choose the direction. My coaching is a gentle, practical way to create that change on purpose: one honest choice, one doable habit, one clearer belief at a time.
A kinder, stronger, truer you — body • mind • spirit
Nutrition without punishment. Real food, simple structure, no “one-size-fits-all.”
Mindset that lifts you. Replace limiting stories with a self-image that matches who you’re becoming.
Movement that you enjoy. Not punishment—energy, strength and flow.
Rest and rhythm. Sleep, stress, and daily rituals that support your nervous system.
I’m Denitsa—an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. I’ll walk beside you, ask better questions, and give you tools so you can hear your own wisdom and act on it. You already carry tremendous power; my job is to help you recognise it, organise it, and use it well.
A little philosophy for the road
Growth is not a leap—it’s a series of small, loving agreements with yourself.
Success is what happens when your actions align with your values.
Freedom arrives when you stop reacting to life and start creating it.
Ready to begin?
Say yes to the next version of you. The first step is simply a decision.
Being a Healthy Rebel means challenging conventional norms and embracing a holistic approach to wellness. It’s about recognizing that your health is not just about diet and exercise, but also about nurturing your mind, body, and soul. It’s about understanding that self-care is not selfish, but essential for your overall wellbeing.
The Healthy Rebel Movement is centered around three core principles:
Self-Care Rebellion: It’s time to rebel against the belief that putting yourself first is selfish. By prioritizing self-care, you can better support and care for others. This rebellion involves embracing stress reduction techniques, practicing mindfulness, fostering healthy relationships, and creating space for self-reflection.
Nourishment Revolution: Say goodbye to restrictive diets and quick fixes. The Nourishment Revolution is about reclaiming your relationship with food and embracing a nourishing and sustainable approach. It involves consuming whole, nutrient-dense foods, listening to your body’s signals, and finding joy in the process of eating mindfully.
Lifestyle Liberation: Break free from the sedentary and stressful lifestyles that have become the norm. The Lifestyle Liberation movement encourages you to incorporate movement, exercise, and joyful activities into your daily routine. It’s about finding balance, exploring new ways to move your body, and celebrating the benefits of an active lifestyle.
By joining the Healthy Rebel Movement, you become part of a supportive community of individuals dedicated to improving their holistic health and wellbeing. Together, we will challenge societal norms, break free from unhealthy habits, and create positive, lasting change.
I’ve always been fascinated by people’s stories and how our bodies and minds work. I’ve spent a lot of time studying biology and chemistry in secondary school, and my passion and curiosity eventually led me to pursue a MA degree in Psychology and a BA in Philosophy.
But my life changed when I became a mom to my two amazing kids and was diagnosed with Hashimoto Thyroiditis. The symptoms were overwhelming – Mood swings, anger, low energy, brain fog, low self-esteem, and self-sabotaging behaviours – and I felt like I was losing control of my life. I wanted to get better but didn’t know where to turn.
That’s when I discovered alternative and complementary medicine. I was determined to take a natural approach to healing my body, and I delved into nutrition, lifestyle, and health coaching. I also focused on personal growth, mindset, and spirituality. I felt a profound improvement in my health, especially when I studied Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching.
I’m proud to say that I practice what I preach. I’m excited to share with you all that I’ve learned and experienced first-hand.
From Self-Doubt to Self-Discovery
Health coaches aren’t perfect humans—we’re people who choose to do the work.
For years, I didn’t.
For a long time, I lived far from the version of myself I am today.
I was stuck in patterns that numbed me. I smoked, then i vaped, avoided movement, relied on coffee to wake me up and wine to wind me down. I didn’t care what I ate, how I felt, or what my body was trying to tell me. I ignored the whispers until they became screams—fatigue, weight gain, emotional burnout, disconnection from myself.
And yet, I carried on… because that felt easier than facing the truth.
I didn’t feel proud of the woman I was becoming.
I had dreams, but they gathered dust.
I felt uncomfortable in my body, yet I did nothing to change it.
I was waiting for a better moment, a clearer sign, someone to rescue me.
Until I realised: no one was coming.
The moment everything changed wasn’t dramatic. It was quiet. It was me, looking in the mirror, feeling a wave of honesty and whispering to myself:
“This is not the life I want. But I have the power to change it.”
That small, honest moment became my turning point.
I stopped chasing perfection and started practicing progress.
I gave myself permission to grow slowly, imperfectly, but consistently.
I learned to nourish my body, listen to my needs, and honour my truth.
I quit smoking. I found joy in movement. I created rituals that nourished my mind, body, and soul.
I trained to become a certified Health Coach — and today, I help others find their way back to themselves too.
You don’t need to be perfect to begin.
You just need to believe that more is possible — because it is.
You are not broken. You are not behind.
You are simply being called… to remember who you really are.
Whether your goal is to feel more energised, reclaim your body, heal your gut, clear your mind, or finally believe in yourself — it starts with one decision: to stop surviving, and start living.
“And then the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.” — Anaïs Nin
If my story touches something in you — trust that.
This is your sign.
You are ready.
